Tems unveils the official music video for “Boy O Boy,” a deeply personal and cinematic look at love and heartbreak.

Fresh off a historic GRAMMY win, Tems has released the official music video for “Boy O Boy”, a track from her acclaimed debut album, Born In The Wild. The Loris Russier-directed visual, filmed in black and white, captures the emotional turmoil of a relationship, reinforcing Tems’ reputation as a masterful storyteller.

At the 2025 GRAMMY Awards, Tems made history as the first Nigerian artist to win multiple GRAMMYs, taking home Best African Music Performance for “Love Me JeJe”. She also received three additional nominations, including Best R&B Song (“Burning”) and Best Global Music Album (Born In The Wild), highlighting her expanding influence in the music industry.

Since its release in June 2024, Born In The Wild has continued to break records, amassing over 629 million streams worldwide. The album debuted at No. 5 on the Billboard Top R&B Albums chart, with 13 of its tracks appearing on the Billboard U.S. Afrobeats Songs chart. Recognized by Rolling Stone, Billboard, and NPR as one of the Best Albums of 2024, the project cements Tems’ status as a global phenomenon.
