Mimi Webb Begins Bold New Chapter with “Love Language” and Announces “Confessions”

Mimi Webb releases “Love Language” and reveals her second album “Confessions”, due Sept. 12.
Mimi Webb enters a transformative era with the release of her new single “Love Language,” accompanied by the announcement of her forthcoming second album, Confessions, scheduled for release on September 12 via Epic Records.
“Love Language” offers a glimpse into Mimi’s evolving musical identity. Co-written and recorded in Los Angeles and London, the song reflects a refined balance of fresh aesthetics and emotional storytelling. As Mimi puts it: “‘Love Language’ is my first step into this new era and I don’t think I’ve ever been more nervous or excited to share a piece of music. The sound and aesthetic around it is so new and different for me and I can’t wait to bring people along for this new creative journey.”
Directed by Bradley&Pablo, the video for “Love Language” will premiere June 10 and is expected to add a surreal and visually rich layer to the track’s meaning.
With Confessions, Mimi moves into deeply personal territory, confronting moments of vulnerability, heartbreak, and resilience. “I dug deep and figured out what I want to say not just as an artist, but as a person,” she shared. “I decided to be brutally honest. It’s easy to be like, ‘Everything is wonderful’—even when there’s so much happening behind the curtain. I wanted to open up and scream, ‘This is who I am!’.”
The new single follows “Mind Reader,” her upbeat collaboration with Meghan Trainor, which highlighted the duo’s chemistry and creativity in a playful video directed by Ava Rikki.
After a year filled with global touring—including dates with the Jonas Brothers and appearances at top festivals like Lollapalooza and Governors Ball—Mimi Webb is heading confidently into her next artistic phase.
