Noah Cyrus Taps Blake Shelton for Empowering New Single “New Country”

Noah Cyrus’s “New Country” ft. Blake Shelton offers a fresh anthem ahead of her new album.
Noah Cyrus has unveiled her newest track, “New Country,” featuring country music icon Blake Shelton. The release marks a defining moment as Cyrus gears up for her second studio album I WANT MY LOVED ONES TO GO WITH ME, arriving July 11.
“It’s a song about finding a new place in life, about walking on your own two feet, and realizing that change is the only thing that’s constant,” Cyrus explains. “The only way out is through.”
A collaboration with Blake Shelton brings both star power and a symbolic handoff—an endorsement of Cyrus as a rising voice in the country music realm. Shelton re-recorded his parts specifically for this version, emphasizing his investment in the track.
The production, handled by Cyrus, Mike Crossey, and PJ Harding, features clean, intentional instrumentation that complements the lyrical depth. Cyrus’s voice carries both vulnerability and resolve.
In addition to the new single, Cyrus has announced a headline tour beginning September 12. She will celebrate the album’s launch with a special show at The Ford in L.A. on release day. All ticketing and dates are live on her website.
Cyrus’s upcoming album also includes collaborations with Fleet Foxes, Ella Langley, and Bill Callahan, offering listeners a wide-ranging emotional and musical experience.
