Ninajirachi Taps Into Digital Nostalgia with “I Love My Computer”

Ninajirachi drops “iPod Touch” and announces debut album “I Love My Computer”.
Ninajirachi has long resonated with a digitally native audience, and her debut album I Love My Computer, out August 8 via NLV Records, doubles down on her connection to Gen Z’s screen-born creativity. With the release of her latest track “iPod Touch,” she invites fans to revisit their own early Internet memories.
In her words: “I’ve spent more time with my computer than any one person, it helped me discover who I am and raised me for better or worse.” That raw honesty defines the album, which reflects on growing up in regional Australia with limited access to club culture—replaced instead by online discovery.
“I may never have discovered electronic music without it,” she adds, “because I’m from a town in regional Australia, and it’s not really a place where that exists.”
Built on shimmering synths, scattered textures, and a sharp sense of musical nostalgia, “iPod Touch” extends the themes of tracks like “Fuck My Computer” and the triple j favorite “All I Am.” The new album embodies the fusion of hyperpop, EDM, and personal memory in the digital age.
