TDJ’s “Where Is My Angel” Kicks Off the Road to Her Debut Album

Montreal’s TDJ blends emotion and rave energy on “Where Is My Angel,” ahead of debut album TDJ.
Montreal producer and trance-pop trailblazer TDJ just dropped “Where Is My Angel,” the first single from her debut self-titled album TDJ, out June 27—and it’s already sending shockwaves through fan feeds.
Known for bringing full-body emotion to the dancefloor, TDJ pairs glittering synths with raw vocals on this latest track. The single’s lyrics—“I’m drifting through the night / Searching for a sign”—land with cinematic power. “I needed to feel some kind of clarity out of this unpredictable life path I was embracing,” she says.
It’s part indie-pop fantasy, part underground rave release—crafted, produced, and performed entirely by TDJ. And it’s just the beginning. The album features heavy-hitters like Danny L Harle, Real Lies, Hannah Diamond, and 8485, promising massive sonic diversity.
“I felt the need to slow down and really take the time to work on this one,” TDJ adds. The result is a more open, slower-burning record that showcases her range while keeping the pulse of the club alive.
With festival performances and a growing international fanbase, TDJ is building something major—and it starts here.
