Pop powerhouse MARINA makes a bold return with PRINCESS OF POWER, her most personal and empowering project to date. Released on her own label, Queenie Records, in partnership with BMG, the album marks a shift into full artistic independence.
The project arrives with a visual companion: the official video for “I <3 YOU,” directed by Olivia De Camps. The synth-laced single is a glowing celebration of love as a human strength. “One of my lessons in the last few years is that love — and showing love — is not a weak thing,” MARINA says. “Of all the superpowers we have as humans, love is our greatest one.”
With recent performances at Coachella behind her, MARINA is scheduled to appear at WorldPride tonight and at Governors Ball this weekend. Her presence will continue across top-tier festivals all summer.
Thematically, the album pivots inward, trading social commentary for self-reflection. “I’ve accessed this new part of myself. It’s really a rebuilding-my-life-from-scratch type of album,” she shares.
