Alongside the release, MARINA announces her long-awaited sixth album, PRINCESS OF POWER, due out June 6 via Queenie Records/BMG.
A clear standout from her upcoming era, “CUNTISSIMO” channels pop culture goddesses and fearless freedom: “Salma Hayek in the sun / Louise and Thelma on the run.” As MARINA explains, “So often, women don’t think they’re allowed to feel their sexuality in a way that doesn’t involve how it looks for men… I would love to free younger women of that.”
Directed by Olivia de Camps, the visually striking “CUNTISSIMO” music video embraces MARINA’s signature aesthetic while unlocking a new level of empowerment and vibrancy.
The track follows “CUPID’S GIRL” and “BUTTERFLY,” with the latter surpassing 15 million global streams. These singles mark MARINA’s first new material since 2022, and fans have welcomed her back with open arms—and playlists on repeat.
