‘Call Me’ is out now, Dom Innarella connects with fans, story begins in the DMs

Dom Innarella shares ‘Call Me’ via Republic Records, a fan sparked single with a memorable, phone first hook.
Connection sits at the center of Dom Innarella’s new single ‘Call Me’, now available via Republic Records. The 14 year old New Jersey native teams a relatable idea with a melodic approach that favors acoustic texture and a rhythmic pulse.
The fan to artist loop that triggered the song is the heart of the narrative. Dom describes exactly how it unfolded and why the message stuck:
“I first got the idea for ‘Call Me’ when I was scrolling through my DMs and saw this gorgeous girl had messaged me that she loved me and my music,” Dom shares. “But then I saw she lived across the country from me. So I had this thought: a lot of relationships are long distance, but regardless of where you are, we can always stay connected on the phone. I texted my team that her message put this idea into my head… no matter how far away you are, I could still love you through the phone. From there, we stayed up late writing the entire song, and the rest is history.”
Production choices keep the focus on feel. Lithely strummed acoustic guitar threads through a head nodding beat, while Dom’s smooth falsetto lifts the melody. The theme comes into sharp relief on the refrain, “If I’m a million miles away and we can’t be face to face, just know that I’m ten numbers away.” The hook offers the direct invitation, “Just call me.” An accompanying music video is on deck, designed to carry the story to the screen.
‘Call Me’ follows a steady build across recent releases. ‘Jersey In July’ is nearing 1 million total streams and drew notice from Melodic Magazine, who observed, “The song is well on its way to becoming a summer smash, as its sun-kissed melodies and flirty lyrics are undeniably captivating and completely irresistible.” That momentum comes after ‘Bout Me’, which has amassed more than 10 million streams, debuting number 1 on Canada’s Spotify Viral Chart, number 2 on the US Viral Chart, and number 35 in Australia.
