Dylan Gossett, one of country’s most talked-about breakout stars, has officially announced his debut album Westward, due out July 18, 2025 via EMI. Alongside the news, he’s released “American Trail,” a moving acoustic single filled with heartfelt vocals and grounded storytelling.
Premiered live during his debut Stagecoach Festival appearance at the Palomino Stage, “American Trail” is a reflective song about perseverance—offering a glimpse into the emotional honesty that defines Westward. The album features 17 songs written and entirely self-produced by Gossett himself over the last two years.
With over 800 million total streams, Gossett’s breakout single “Coal” achieved Platinum status in the U.S. and went multi-Platinum internationally. His emotional performances and poetic songwriting have earned him features on Spotify and Amazon’s “Artist To Watch” lists, as well as praise from outlets like Grammy.com and Holler.
