“‘Band-Aid’ is about two completely incompatible people that were trying to make it work,” Maddie shares. “Just two people who are not supposed to be together, and then you just keep trying, and it’s just terrible. So you know you have to just rip off the Band-Aid and end it.”

Born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, Maddie grew up performing for her family, inspired by her father’s guitar skills and influences like Bruce Springsteen and Adele. After honing her talents through songwriting and performances during high school, she moved to Nashville to pursue a Music Business degree at Belmont University.
