Pebbles&TamTam Channel Y2K Party Mayhem in New Single “Case Closed”

Viral duo Pebbles&TamTam release “Case Closed,” an infectious anthem with a chaotic, nostalgic video.
Rising pop provocateurs Pebbles&TamTam just dropped their newest single “Case Closed” via Atlantic Records—and it’s already generating major buzz. The track arrives with a music video that throws it back to early 2000s party culture, bursting with the unhinged energy of high school nights that lived only in our imaginations.
“The song sounds like the night we never had in high school,” the duo explains. “Like the parties shown to us in films like Project X, Mean Girls, and Superbad.”
Built on pulsating bass, glitchy synths, and shapeshifting production, “Case Closed” is a multi-genre thrill ride. It moves from underground pop to club euphoria and back again, all while anchoring around an irresistible hook: “I feel so elated, like what did I smoke? It’s me who keep killing ‘em all, the case is closed.”
Produced in collaboration with Boston & Pat, Karma Kid, and Jay Moon, the song highlights Pebbles&TamTam’s flair for reinventing pop through a hyper-digital lens.
After meeting at Berklee College of Music, the duo launched onto the scene in 2024 with “PINK LIKE SUKI,” a breakout viral moment that led to over 12.3 million Spotify streams and 25K+ TikTok creations. Their follow-up singles “CARDIAC,” “RINSE&REPEAT,” and “DECLINED” kept the momentum rolling with an offbeat yet addictive sonic identity.
Now with “Case Closed,” Pebbles&TamTam are making it clear: they’re here to shake up the pop landscape and throw the party while they’re at it.
