Kevian Kraemer Releases “Forever,” His Most Honest Track Yet, Alongside NY Beach Visual

Kevian Kraemer drops “Forever,” a vulnerable indie-pop release with visuals shot on Rockaway Beach.
18-year-old indie-pop sensation Kevian Kraemer returns with “Forever,” his most personal track to date. Out now via Atlantic Records, the single is both heart-wrenching and poetic—written just before the end of a relationship that helped define his teenage years.
Shot along the haunting shores of Rockaway Beach, the video captures the reflective tone of the track. Kraemer explains: “This song’s pretty fucked up to be honest. I wrote this song a month before my relationship of a year and a half ended because I felt it dying but I didn’t know who to tell.”
The song explores that moment when change becomes undeniable. “I didn’t actually like who she turned into, or maybe she was really that way all along… The lyrics in this song are the words that I never told her but I wish she heard.”
Produced by duo SameSame, known for their work with Shawn Mendes, Beyoncé, and Portugal. The Man, the track weaves emotion with lush indie production.
Kraemer’s 2024 has been one to watch: from the viral momentum of “Don’t You Dare” to his breakout EP Seventeen, featuring “Attention,” which has amassed 10M+ streams, his fanbase continues to grow.
With every post, performance, and release, Kraemer invites his audience deeper into his world—and “Forever” is the most vulnerable yet.
